Jim and Tracy Boo
Jim and Tracy Boo are the founders of TEAM BOO LLC. of High Pointe Realty. Both Jim and Tracy have over 30 years of experience each, in assisting clients with the buying or selling of properties. Their hard work and dedication has earned them a ranking within the top 2% of realtors within Minnesota.
Jim grew up in Mahtomedi, Mn. where he went to Mahtomedi High School. After high school he attended the University of Minnesota where he studied Criminology and Sociology. During his time in college he played hockey for the Minnesota Gophers, helping his team win the National Hockey Championship in 1976. He was then recruited to play professionally for the Minnesota Northstars, under the coaching of the legendary Herb Brooks.
After college, Jim pursued a career in Real Estate where his hard work ethic pushed him to be one of Minnesota’s top realtors. He has a vast knowledge in land development and the buying and selling of both residential and commercial property, foreclosures and short sales.
Jim loves to spend time with his wife Tracy and their four children. Together they love to travel, ride their Harley or boat on the St. Croix River and enjoy all that Minnesota has to offer.
Tracy grew up in Stillwater, Mn. where she graduated from Stillwater High School. She attended the University of St. Thomas. After her college days she also found herself drawn to real estate. This seemed to be a perfect fit for her since her family owned a blacktopping and excavating company, where she learned from her father the necessities in land development.
